Twin Towers Post 9/11

Listen here, lil' buddy. The joke is making light of a very sad and tragic event. The Twin Towers, which were destroyed in the 9/11 attacks, are imagined to be "vaping and smoking weed" as if they are trying to chill out after the trauma. Vaping and smoking weed are things people do to relax when they are stressed.  Do you even know what weed is? You probably think indica is a country in Asia.
