Okay, so listen up, dummy. "Family Feud" is a TV show where two families guess the most popular answers to survey questions. In baseball, three strikes and you're out. Terrorists having "three strikes" is funny because it suggests they failed at whatever terrorist thing they were trying to do and now they're out of the game, just like on "Family Feud".
