Suicide Pick-Up Line

The humor comes from a dark, twisted pick-up line. The person is comparing someone they're interested in to suicide which is a very shocking and inappropriate comparison but then says they want to 'do' them, which is a crude way of saying that they want to have sex. The shocking and unexpected comparison mixed with the innuendo creates a crude but effective punchline.
