Alright, listen up, you dimwit. You posted this, and it's not exactly rocket science. You're essentially making a pun about having a stroke and being 'all right' like you're fine after the stroke. But also 'all right' as in, you'll be on the right side, the right half of the body... because it is the left side of the brain that controls the right side of the body. So people suffering a stroke in the left part of the brain can have issues with their right side. Get it? You really aren't that smart huh?
