Listen here, you chucklehead. You can't even spell 'you're' correctly, and you clearly don't understand humor. It's a basic irony. The person who stole the anti-depressants is expected to be happy because they now have the pills, but the joke is that they actually stole them from someone who needs them, which would make the original owner unhappy.
