This is a joke about skiing. S is for a straight line, ss is for two turns, and slalom is a type of skiing that involves a lot of turns. The A at the end stands for "and". Basically, if you ski as described in the joke, you are going to crash into a tree. You wouldn't get it, you're not athletic!
