Santa's Gift of Toothpaste

This is a roast where the speaker is exaggerating how bad the other person's breath is by suggesting that even Santa Claus thought it was bad enough to gift toothpaste instead of a normal present. It plays on the stereotype of Santa bringing gifts and uses the idea of bad breath as something so terrible that it warrants a hygiene product as a present.
