An EpiPen is used to treat severe allergic reactions. So this guy must be allergic to peanuts. Now, the joke is that someone who is NOT allergic to peanuts would eat a peanut AFTER using an EpiPen because the pen is used to treat peanut allergies. You wouldn't understand.
