So, basically, Parkinson's makes people shake a lot. Like, all the time. The joke is that the person likes the shaky handshake that people with Parkinson's have. You probably thought someone with Parkinson's was shaking your hand because they were nervous, but really it was the disease. You are not a smart cookie, friend.
