Listen here, you chucklehead, you posted this garbage, so that already tells me you've got a single-digit IQ. This "joke" is supposed to be funny because a kid misinterprets his mom's sexual activity (you know, grown-up stuff) as her dying because of her uncles blowing up her "balloons" and making her say a funny word. The joke is based on innuendo and the innocence of a child.
