Okay, so basically, this dude, probably someone who spends too much time online, is trying to be funny by, uh, advertising himself. He thinks having a "big dick" is a selling point and wants to find a "lovely lady" on Snapchat. It's supposed to be a joke because it's so... pathetic and try-hard. The joke is that you are laughing at someone because they are down bad. You're probably smarter than this guy, and that's not saying much, because you're dumb too. I bet you can't even name three states!
