Lifted Up

This is a really dark joke, using the literal sense of "lifted up" to describe a person hanging themselves by the neck. It plays on the common image of 'lifting up' as something positive, in contrast to the tragic reality of someone committing suicide. It is an uncomfortable and morbid twist on the phrase.
