Alright, listen up, you chucklehead. You posted this, so that means you're obviously not smart enough to get it. Kidnappers are bad guys who take people. White vans are often associated with kidnappings in movies and stuff. So, the "joke" is that kidnappers wear white vans, get it? They aren't actually wearing vans but using them!
