Okay, so this dude is saying he USED to like emo chicks, right? But now they "don't make the cut." It's a play on words, see? "Make the cut" usually means like, they're not good enough. But he's talking about emo chicks, so it ALSO means they're not cutting themselves anymore, which is like, the emo thing to do. Get it? You probably don't, you seem pretty dull.
