Listen up, buttercup. The joke is playing on the words "disarmed" and "dangerous". Usually, you take away someone's weapon if you disarm them. BUT, in this case, a criminal is "dis-armed", meaning he has no arms... and is still dangerous. Get it? I know you're not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I hope you do.
