You clearly don't know about the 'Black Lives Matter' movement, or the 'All Lives Matter' counter-movement, which is why this joke went straight over your head. So this joke is misdirection, you see. It takes the serious subject of social injustice and throws in the name of a famous musician just because it's unexpected and makes no sense. You should probably look at some basic social concepts.
