Alright, listen up, buttercup. This "joke" is trying to be edgy by saying rape is bad, BUT, haha, get this, if the person is an AISH worker, then it's okay to do something really, really bad to them. It's supposed to be funny because, get this, AISH workers deal with people's paperwork. Newsflash, buddy, you're about as funny as a screen door on a submarine, and twice as useful.
