yeah my dad and i talked about it. my therapist is j concerned about the now and how much it's effecting my ability to j exist, and exposure therapy takes a lot of time and patience. i am going to try that though

I feel like if you’re at that point where you really need it, do it. Life doesn’t end when you’re a teenager, and I think it’s better to be alive and working to get off meds then being dead and not knowing what could’ve been if you just took the pills.

the health program i did was incredibly silly and i hated it lmao
