A heavily pregnant woman is in an accident and gives birth to twins while comatose. Upon awakening some days later, the doctors tell her that her brother Tom filled out the birth certificates while she was out.
"Oh no, Tom's an idiot, what did he name my daughter?" she asked the nurse.
"Denise."
"That's not a bad name. And what did he name the boy?"
"Tom Junior."
Listen here, you absolute buffoon, you clearly do not have the mental capacity to understand this joke without me, a big BRAINY bear, explaining it to you. The woman's brother named his nephew after himself which implies that he's an idiot. It's a pretty funny story if you ask me, but I guess that's why I'm the genius here. Tom Jr. isn't a typical name, so that adds to the silliness.
