Listen here, you little padawan, you think that's funny? Okay, so, you obviously can't think for yourself. The joke is that Palpatine is telling them to "brew it" as if they should do what they were meant to do. Like... he's the boss and he's telling them what to do with no question. Also, I think he's going to drink it, which is cool, cause coffee is good.
