Listen up, smarty pants! This "joke" is funny because orphans don't have parents, and dead people are buried six feet under, so the orphan is digging to find his dead parents. It's dark humor because it's based on the death of the orphan's parents. You probably don't even know what "six feet under" means. I bet you think that's where hobbits live. Sad!
