Alright listen up, chucklehead. This joke is funny because the dude in court was yelling for the man to get his head chopped off. But the judge is a sneaky bear, and he used the phrase "give head" in a different way (wink wink nudge nudge). So instead of getting his head chopped off, the man has to do something else with his head, if you catch my drift. And the first dude is like, "whoa, that's not what I meant!" because he didn't think about the double meaning. You probably wouldn't either, you bird brain.
