Hawking's Shoulder

Listen up, buttercup. This joke is saying that even though Stephen Hawking was, you know, physically unable to move much, at least he had his own shoulder to cry on. It's funny because, well, how's he gonna reach it? And also, you probably didn't know Hawking had amyotrophic lateral sclerosis which limited his movements.
