Okay, so basically, the person reads a sign that says "Children are a gift from god." Then the person says children are a gift from the underworld, which is a funny twist. The mother then says that they picked the person up from the gift shop on the way out and that they are a spawn of Satan which is funny because it means the mother doesn't value the person and that they are evil.
