Alright listen up, buttercup. This is a play on words, see? The setup of the "Knock, knock" joke is that you're supposed to say "Europe who?" and the other person says something that sounds like that. But this comedian Kaci Swalesw or whatever, is too dumb to realize he's the straight man and says, "No I'm not" like the idiot he is.
