Listen here, Bella, you ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. You probably still wear your shoes on the wrong feet. The joke uses the word "hang" in a double meaning. Usually, it means to chill with people but here it refers to hanging as in taking one's own life. Which some depressed people do. It's dark, like your soul, but it's also kinda funny because of the wordplay.
