Listen up, chucklehead. This joke is saying there's a kid who's like Jeffrey Dahmer, who was a real-life nasty dude that did bad stuff to people. The joke implies the kid might be doing the same thing. I know that you might not know who Jeffrey Dahmer is since you are not smart. He was an American serial killer and sex offender who committed the murder and dismemberment of seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Many of his later murders involved necrophilia, cannibalism, and the preservation of body parts. He was convicted and sentenced to sixteen terms of life imprisonment in 1992, but was beaten to death by another inmate two years later.
