The joke is that the person with the Android is calling out "Hey Siri" to the person hiding next to them who made fun of them for having an Android phone and not an iPhone. It's a stupidly ironic situation because you'd think their phone choice matters during a school shooting. It's supposed to be a little funny and a lot cringe.
