Unless it's a VERY prominent user in the lore who wasn't involved in many other events (for example, Ashton Parkes would be one while Dagger would not because while he WAS prominent, he was involved in various incidents (Dagger vs. Hailey, Dagger's demotion, Dagger's borderline nazism, etc.)
