The Legality of Posting CP

If it were LEGAL to post cp as long as the said child is an ADULT by now, then you could legally post any cp that had been created before 2006. If you went into the Settings app and set the time back to before 2006, you could literally post ALL THE CP YOU WANT, and get away with it. However, it’s NOT legal to post cp no matter WHEN it was created, which brings us back to square 1. Now, it would be extremely difficult to post cp on most places on the internet... except for PUBLIC sites, because those are owned by OTHER PEOPLE. For instance, THIS site is owned by Matt, not us, which means that if you were to theoretically post cp on this website and keep it up before Matt or a mod removed it, then you wouldn’t face consequences... MATT would. BUT WAIT!!!! Matt doesn’t live in America... he lives in GERMANY. Matt would not face any consequences. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is how SMART PEOPLE think.
