I had a nightmare that I saw TAYLOR SWIFT

Worst nightmare of my life

recently happened , I had a dream where I lost all my family in odd and questionable ways , for some reason it was a gloomy day , where I went to my highschool and the quality of the school was ruined due to construction and had a dream that there was a flash flood with lightning everywhere hitting the school and water getting into the school , I then got onto a bus w alot of other ppls and went to another area , a ran down area that I tried to make it back 2 the bus in time but was left , and I called my dad to pick me up and we drove off somewhere I've actually never seen I was walking in my own dream seeing homeless people behind this mobile home I've never seen living there , then I woke up

so this one time I was in my room I had a feeling that I needed to go downstairs so I went outside of my room and I saw a tall dark figure infront of my sisters room (my room is across from my parents and my sisters in my middle tho I moved houses) I looked at it and got a bit scared but I went to it and said "yo Aaliyah what are you wearing bro." (that's my sisters name) "it" didn't say anything that's when I heard my name being called so I walked down the stairs looked up and it was still there so I saw my family and my SISTER downstairs (I'm halfway through the stairs) we were getting ready to play stop and other bored games my mom and dad were sitting down my brother went in and out of the kitchen and my sister came out of the kitchen I said "wait but if you're here who's up there?" I end up running down the stairs and that's where I start flying through the walls and infront of "it" then I woke up (you see the part where I say it makes me fly through things is when my dream breaks I get a feeling in my dreams that this isn't real I mostly have Lucid dream so I also see ghost that scary the fucking shit out of me sometimes in dreams it makes me look where I don't want to so in my head I look away but my eyes look at what the dreams wants me to look at so that's when I try to wake up from it)

now I just close my eyes open them and it's day

now I just close my eyes open them and it's day

The answers describe a common experience where individuals close their eyes to sleep and seemingly instantly wake up hours later, feeling as if no time has passed. While some respondents attribute this to normal sleep patterns, others share unique personal anecdotes and suggest it might be related to exhaustion or childhood experiences.

While the effects of lucid dreaming can vary from person to person, many find that it enriches their waking life through enhanced creativity, emotional processing, and mindfulness. However, it's essential to approach it with awareness and moderation to avoid potential negative effects.
