Oh glorious Matt, in the sanctity of this wonderful day, I declare that we should make the user @rapboat mod, for he have demonstrated something which is beyond our understanding or something like that. He has shown his total trustworthiness by pretending to be others, making very colorful jokes, and I guess rap stuff.
