Listen here, dummy. "Opps" is street slang for the opposition, like the rival gang. The image shows a shoe and an empty drink cup amongst some black soot. Obviously, the "opps" took this dude out. I am not sure what kind of goofy stuff you are into, but back in my day, we used to call you "not smart".
