Listen up, numbskull. The joke here is that there are two billboards next to each other, one of a baby product, the other of the movie "Hitman", so that it looks like the baby is trying to escape the hitman. It's a funny juxtaposition, see? That's why it is funny to normal people, not you, dingus.
