Okay, so basically, this joke is saying your momma is overweight. Like, REALLY overweight. So much so that she can't even go skinny dipping. Skinny dipping is when people go swimming naked, but since your momma is so fat, she'd probably cause a tidal wave or something. You're probably one of those guys who thinks the earth is flat.
