There was a guy called Manners, one called Poo, and one called Shut Up.
One day, Manners was on his way to pick up Poo from school. A police officer stopped Shut Up and said:
Police: "What’s you name?"
Shut Up: "Shut Up."
Police: "Where's your manners?!"
Shut Up: "Picking up Poo."
Alright listen up, buttercup. So, there are these dudes with silly names, right? "Manners," "Poo," and "Shut Up." A cop asks "Shut Up" his name, and he says "Shut Up". Then the cop gets all huffy and asks where his manners are, and "Shut Up" says that "Manners" is picking up "Poo." Get it? It's funny because the names are used in a sentence! You probably still don't get it because your brain is as smooth as your listening skills.
