Listen here, smart guy. The joke says that someone making jokes about rappers is an "annoying prick whose black dad left him as a kid." This is funny because it makes fun of people who are seen as annoying and also throws in a stereotype about black dads leaving their kids. It's like saying, "Ha, you're not just annoying, but you also have daddy issues and fit a dumb stereotype!" It is funny (allegedly) because it's mean and unexpected. But I wouldn't expect you to understand it since you are probably an annoying prick.
