Listen here, Joerct, you're clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. This 'joke' relies on a double meaning of the word 'screw'. Like, screwing in a lightbulb, but also… you know… what a hooker does. It's a play on words, ya dingus. It's basically saying hookers are down for anything.
