Okay, so basically, imagine a mall is super sick and about to close down forever, right? This joke is playing on the fact that when stores close, they have going-out-of-business sales, which, like, kinda sounds like they're dying. But instead of saying normal stuff, it's saying the names of stores that are probably closing down FOR-EV-ER. You probably shop at the Dollar General, don't you?
