the night before last night

i couldnt even sleep on my side the pain was so bad and i always sleep on my side

like i kept waking up on my back and i fall alssep maybe once every other month on my back and it dosent even last very long

so atleast last night i could sleep on my side

but in order to tunr to my other side i had to sit up and turn then lay back down

without it hurting alot more

it still hurt to turnn
