Hey everyone! I wanted to thank you for 17 followers! You all make my day so much brighter <3. Here are some more things you can do with emotions!
Anxiety, Challenge yourself to talk. Grab a teddy or something you know you can talk to, and start talking to it and try to forget your anxiety.
Remember that you are not your anxiety. You are not weak. You are not inferior. You have a mental health condition. It’s called anxiety, and your stronger than it! So fight it.
I have a friend who has Anxiety, if you find someone who has it. Please be kind to them as they are always going through hard times. Hailey has 32 followers, she is always happy now, you all make her day!
Depression. 1. Exercise. It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins.
2. Eat healthily, for your own sake.
3. Get sleep, without enough sleep you could eternally die. So please sleep.
4. Do something new, paint, draw, or hang with friends! Get your mind off of it.
5. Avoid alcohol and other drugs. It makes things worse, it might feel like it's not. But it really is.
I don't know anyone with it, but I know it does suck!
Grief. 1. Be prepared. Anniversary reactions are normal.
2. Plan a distraction. As you may need it at some point.
3. Reminisce about your relationship.
4.Connect with others. Maybe friends, family, or anyone that you know/trust.
5. Allow yourself to feel a range of emotions. Grief can happen from many things, it's better to cry or let your emotions out then keep then in. It might be easier to keep then in, but in the long run, it isn't.
I lost my dad a few years ago and went through a lot of grief, but you can get through it if you try!
