Swallowing Car Keys

You silly goose, this meme is about causing trouble! The character is acting all smug 'cause they just swallowed a single mother's car keys. That's real messed up, but it's supposed to be dark humor, 'cause it's so extreme and petty. Your brain probably can't even handle that level of mischief, can it?
