In the top panel, four caricatured women with distressed expressions are shown, each making a statement starting with "America stinks!". From left to right: one woman says "The Holocaust gives me a calming feeling"; another woman in a hijab says "Jewish money controls Congress"; a third woman says "US has concentration camps"; and a fourth Black woman with dreadlocks says "We don't need black faces that don't want to be a black voice."
