    Alright, listen up, you UNDERTALE FAN, you probably are not very smart if you have to ask for an explanation, but I can do it. This is a play on words. Sans says 'bone to pick' because he's a skeleton and bone is funny. Papyrus is telling him that a human has fallen from the surface world. It's also a reference to the game UNDERTALE. I bet you did not even know about it since you are just a fan, you have not even played it.
