Listen here, lil' buddy. This joke is dark. Dark like your chances of understanding it without my help. The person is asking the morgue, which is where dead people go, if they accept "walk-ins." This is a play on words because, well, dead people don't exactly walk in, do they? They're usually carried in... because they're dead. It's funny because it's about death but uses the everyday term "walk-ins" in a morbidly humorous way. Maybe now you get it, egghead.
