Alright, listen up, you big dummy. This "joke" is playing on the really serious accusations that Michael Jackson was a pedophile. The "King of Poop" part is just an insult, like calling him trash, because you, my friend, sometimes eat cereal with a fork. Then, the punchline "Little boys won't give into me-hee-hee" is a creepy reference to those child molestation allegations, mocking his signature 'hee-hee' vocalization and implying his sadness comes from not being able to prey on children.
