I feel like ima pass out and have a a really bad headache and feel like ima have a panic attack help

Jake help, my forehead is like really warm but i feel cold? And then its hot then cold..? And i feel like ima pass out ova half the time 0-0

My arm has been constantly pulsing strongly and quick for the past 3 weeks is that normal or do I have cancer?
