Better in yellow- Main character 1 (MC1)-Paris-Princess MC2-Lillian-Gardeners daughter Side character 1-(SC1)-Max-Lillian's best friend. SC2-Christapher-King SC3-William-Lillians Dad- Unimportant Character 1- (UC1) Isabella- Lillian's mom. Introduction- “Once upon a time, a story that was not quite accepted in its time.”

“To Rere, we may no longer be friends, but this book will always be for you. Thank you.

First line- “I hate you! Why are you commanding that I work with some filthy peasant?” Paris screamed at her father.

Last line(s)- “So how do I look?” Lillian spoke, her face gleaming.” Paris stood before her, speechless, “ You look beautiful, but you've always looked better in yellow.”

Story outline (SO)- Part one Paris and her father are fighting about pair sbeing forced to work with Lillian and William.

William knocks at the door, and everyone is introduced to one another. Lillian is wearing yellow and bubbly, and Paris is rude and in purple.

Lillian and Paris are put to work together gardening. They talk for a bit, and Paris is rude at first, but Lillian is drawn to this. They built a small connection.

Lillian goes home and paris is silent for the rest of the day, furious with her father.

At night time before paris is asleep, Lillian is outside throwing stones at her balcony door. Paris slides the door open to see thats going on. Lillian invited pairs swimming with a friend. Paris agrees and sneaks out, metting max. While swimming some people spot paris, the next dat paris is informed about this and is more restricted.

Lillian and her father come over and paris gives Lillian a tour of the house. Lillian invites pairs to spend the night at her house, She accepts. William brings it up to the king, excusing it as needing help with selling crops. He accepts. They spend the night together.

The morning after max comes over and they all help William sell crops. While selling crops paris begins to count all the yellow things she sees. Pairs and lillian begin making up back stories for the random people they see. Paris trys to act normal within this crowd but fails, Lillian takes over and helps her

Paris admits that shes always wanted a tattoo, so lillian invited her to sneak out and get one, she accepts.

Part two-

The next morning lillian rushes to paris to tell her about the light festival, paris agress to go so they sneak out that night. During the festival apris and lillian almost kiss but they get interrupted.

The next morning paris is out picking daises for Lillian and she runs into Max, greeting him. Max responds mad. Pairs prys to figure out why hes upset and he admits jealousy that he never hangs out with Lillian anymore. Max and paris argue, and max accidneltly admits that lillian likes her. Max threatend to inform the king.

Pairs avoids Lillian for the day evutnually going into ther room, and lillian follows, seeing the flowers finding out they wehre meant for her and evutanlly leaves. Taking the flowers iwht her.

Later that night lillian throws rocks at the doors to get pairs attention, but pairs gets up only to close the curtains. Lillian leaveing in tears.

A few uneventuful days go by and paris sneaks out to talk to lillian, they sneak out together and they climb onto a rooftop of an abonded building . Pairs tells lillian everythign that happend that morning with max. Lillian gets mad at max but admits to liking paris. They talkk for hours on the roof and pairs admits that shes scared of ruilng and lillian admits that shes scared of being alone. They fall asleep cudduling.

When they wake up they franictly rush pairs home, and someone almsot recanizes paris but lillian lillian hides her. Pairs sneaks back inside before she can get caught.

Part three That day while pairs and lillian are in the gardne they spot max going into the castle and assume the worst.

Later in the dat pairs and lillian sneak off into the town and go grab food, paris says its bettter than palcae food.

On lillians wat home she runs into max and she conffronts him and they get into an argument.

The next day max keeps going to lilian but she ignores him, evuantlly she caves, and max informs lillian her that the kind was talking about an arrganed marriage for pairs.. Lillian aruges with max and confronts paris and they argue, pairs confronts her dad,

Part four- Paris dad admits/announces that there will be a ball where paris meets her noble suitor. Pairs is mad but trapped. Lillian and her father have to help to help at the ball. Lillianw watches as paris is forced to dance with her suitor.

After the ball paris talks to lillian and they make plans to meet outside on the town. Pairs goes outside when its time to the spot, and lillian dosent. Paris is worried and goes to lillians house to find her crying. Shes crying and she admits that they left there old town because her mom left and now shes scared to be alone. Pairs promises lilllian she wont be alonel, then asks her to marry her. Lil
