How to support me during verbal shutdown and anxiety

For those of you who do not know, When im in verbal shutdown, talk to me, if you dont understand me i wont get mad, understand the leavls, dont leave. When i am in my reality phase, talk to me, Remind me who i am, were im at, and who YOU are. When i am about anything else (panic attack, over thinking, ect) Have me listen to music , put a blanket over my head, and jst zone out. Have me listen and talk to a person. Use logic against my situation, but please refrain from being rude.

    The square root of 4 is 2 because the square of two is for, where a square of a number is a number times itself. 2 times 2 is 4 so therefore 4 is the square of two and 2 is the square root of 4

    3 times 3 is 9. 3 squared is 9 is 3 multiplied by itself once which makes it the second power to itself

    So imagine a 3 by 3 square

    If jonny had 2 apples, got another 2, he'd have 4. Meaning 2 apples x 2 apples is 4 apples. so if 4 apples is 2 apples x 2 apples, 4 apples squared would be 2 apples
