It was like saying what can happen at delta and what jobs you can get with the amount of money you can make.

Oh god, So I am trying to join this program where it could get me a scholarship at delta and they mailed this thing to me and I thought it was an answer but it's just saying what could happen there.

Also, my question was why was everyone saying "Tracking devises?" on Chxls post.

Because she threatened somebody with a tracking device she has.
